Rest assured

My friend Lisa and I were just checking out the Wildwood tarot deck and she pointed this card out to me for its lovely imagery. When I first saw the figure almost pinned down with arrows, a butterfly specimen came to mind...of course, the butterfly hovering above the man symbolizes rebirth, but I hadn't before realized the connection of the man pinned like bug on display.

I told her that I had been drawing this card lately. I shuffled the deck for a minute or two and wouldn't you know, I picked the Four of Arrows once again.

"Take note of what your subconscious is saying to you."' It's pretty clear to me that I'm supposed to take it easy...it's not a good time to start new projects. But I don't want to feel pinned down, either. The imagination, the subconsious, the subliminal needs to have expression.

I'm currently reading a Hay House book on self-hypnosis which comes with a CD that I plan to relax to tonight. I'm grateful for the opportunity to rest and expand at the same time, as the Four of Arrows wants me to do.
